Cottage Hill is a community just "a stone's throw away" from Downtown Montgomery and is home to some of the most beautiful and unique homes in the city. It is Montgomery's oldest residential community outside of downtown itself and is protected and preserved by a very committed group of residents known as the Cottage Hill Foundation.

 

We welcome you to our digital exhibit on the Cottage Hill Foundation Papers, a collection held by the Montgomery County Archives. In this exhibit we display the history of both Cottage Hill and the Cottage Hill foundation, as well as one of Cottage Hill's most beloved traditions, the Christmas Candlelight Tour.
